  • We are providing next day Replacement policy. If the product is defective, damaged, wrong item sent, item missing.Then, you can apply for replacement at delivery time by delivery boy behalf of you.

 

  • How to apply : You have to ask the delivery boy to change the product. 
    Delivery boy send the photo of customer receipt and product name on urban fresh whats up no.
    The process will be verified by the company in one hour.
    And the product will be delivered at the same time the next day.  
  • The company does not charged any kind of replacement policy.
  • It will be mandatory to make full payment of the receipt amount at the time of applying for replacement.

Refunds: 

  • If you cancel your order, which is already paid by online means. We will refund your money in 24 business hours by upi or Paytm on register mobile number.

Customer Cancellation: 

  • You can cancel your order for a product at no cost any time before We send the dispatch confirmation e-mail relating to that product confirming that the product has been dispatched for delivery. Unfortunately, an order cannot be cancelled once the item has been dispatched for delivery.
